IE6 and IE7 were very annoying for me. It became worst when I heard about the security exploits. I hate that I can't uninstall the program from my Windows 7 machine. Then again, now that I have upgraded to IE10, it isn't that much of an issue. IE10 is a major improvement in my opinion.

At work I'm sure they're forced to use the web browser. However, I'm also curious about this. If I'm a Microsoft employee, I wouldn't be caught by another using Chrome or FireFox as my default web browser. Yes, the news will spread like wildfire.

Same here. But I'll never make the permanent switch to Internet Explorer when I have Google Chrome installed on my laptop. It works really good and it's lightning fast. However, if Google decides to "do the FireFox 4" (yes, that's what I'm calling it), then I'd have no problems switching.
FireFox 4 is what made me switch form FireFox to Google Chrome, haha.
