This has been said way too many times already, and I feel the need to officially declare, using a dedicated thread, that internet explorer isn't the greatest. Every time I use it, I feel like I've committed blasphemy against the overlords of good technology, but then again internet explorer has its place. It's easy to get a javascript cookie using IE. Internet explorer = Annoying tool used as a mask to hide Microsoft's attempt at a (failed) monopoly.  :Smile
I wonder if microsoft employees even use internet explorer haha. It's not a pleasant browser to use. Tongue
I actually don't mind IE10... it works pretty well.
IE6 and IE7 were very annoying for me. It became worst when I heard about the security exploits. I hate that I can't uninstall the program from my Windows 7 machine. Then again, now that I have upgraded to IE10, it isn't that much of an issue. IE10 is a major improvement in my opinion.

At work I'm sure they're forced to use the web browser. However, I'm also curious about this. If I'm a Microsoft employee, I wouldn't be caught by another using Chrome or FireFox as my default web browser. Yes, the news will spread like wildfire.

Same here. But I'll never make the permanent switch to Internet Explorer when I have Google Chrome installed on my laptop. It works really good and it's lightning fast. However, if Google decides to "do the FireFox 4" (yes, that's what I'm calling it), then I'd have no problems switching.

FireFox 4 is what made me switch form FireFox to Google Chrome, haha.

This is why, I use Mozilla Smile Always and Will not change browsers. There are other reasons I don't like IE, but that's a d*** good one there.
