There's a fierce competition between various supermarket chains. Some are good, others aren't. It's a waste of money, because no chains are going anywhere anyways.

So that said, which one do you prefer?

LESS is a CSS extension language, as described on Wikipedia:

PHP may be the most common language used to program websites today, but it also has some disadvantages as a language. Many people don't particularly love it as a language, but it still gets the job done, it's free, and it's very popular. That alone has been an incredible advantage for the language, and is why I choose to program in PHP myself.

Both are popular graphics design utilities with a different purpose. The GIMP is an all in one suite designed to suit many purposes, where Inkscape is particularly suited for logo design, but may not have some of the features of the GIMP.

So for logo design purposes, which do you prefer?

What are the worst chain restaurants ever to exist? I'd say taco bell has to be on the list for sure, at the very least.

They all are rage worthy. Add to the cause to become the biggest rage thread in history!

Why can't bloody EA find it in there small barely functioning brains to make a good game based on what the CUSTOMERS want and not the pushy get the biggest profit margin! "We need DRM so People don't pirate the game"! There's one easy way to fix that one: Make a game people will want to buy? Why would anyone want to support a money-sucking company like EA? Maybe that's why they didn't recover from the '08/'09 financial crash.

I would start us off, but I'm the first poster, so that won't work.

You may have noticed that makestation was out for the whole day today. This kind of downtime was completely unexpected and was out of our control. Our webhost got hacked due to a security exploit that was not even two hours into being publicized before a 15 year old kid took advantage of it and did a lot of damage. It was not the fault of our webhost, as other webhosts have been targeted by the same exploit.

It appears that no data is lost, as the owner of our webhost found a very recent backup for us. I will also assure you that daily database backups are made, so should something like this happen again, we won't lose anything important. I apologize for the inconvenience, and it is unlikely that something of this magnitude will happen again in the near future.

I would start, but I'm the first poster, so that won't work. Anyway, let us begin

I've finally begun work getting new smilies installed and working. (Using the defaults was a bit meh in my mind. ) I plan on making additions to them over time, and the ranks will probably be significantly improved soon. (Maybe once we hit 2500 posts we can celebrate by getting all new ranks. ) For now, we have something other than the defaults.

If you guys have any suggestions for smilies to add, feel free to leave them here. I'm open to hearing your suggestions, and I'm expecting our smiley set to improve significantly over the next few weeks.
