Someone on the MyBB community forum requested a reputation bars plugin tonight. I was surprised to find out that no such plugin existed yet for MyBB 1.8. Some previous ones existed for older MyBB versions, but they had restricted licenses prohibiting people like me from porting them. 

Long story short, I ended up writing a new one. It's extremely simple at this time, but I figured I'd post here, in case anyone needs a reputation bars plugin and lands here from google.

I installed it on the test forum, what can I say: GREAT !!!!! just great, if you allow, I would like to change the text to German :-)

Thank you as always! Translations of course are a huge help.

I went ahead and uploaded a slightly updated version of the plugin to github that has language support. There are now traditional language files, which should make translation simpler and easier.

Although, I'm not sure that we need the 'Reputation' line in the post author details, if we're going to have a bar which displays the same information .

That’s most certainly a fair point. I had thought about how to remove it, but figured it’d be best to allow the templates to be modified for that purpose. That being said it’s a very good suggestion and I’ll put together an update for this!
