The Photography and Showcase section could be replaced with thread prefixes. Most organization could be improved with thread prefixes instead of near empty forums.
The Podium could be merged with its parent forum, Media and Entertainment.
Design Plaza could be merged with Web Design and Internet.
Collaboration could be merged with its parent forum. Add a thread prefix for Creative Arts/Indie Discussion, "Collaboration".
Not sure if I am confident with my decisions regarding other forums, but these I listed here I feel need to be optimized (merged/hidden - including thread prefix substitution). I'm sure there are some other forums that could probably improve forum structure and neatness, but I don't think I can justify my opinion well enough.
Before you do any of this, you should speak with the community, and yourself, of course.
