I really do hope that they respect the family and don't open the ride up again as well. I'm not sure anyone would want to ride on it anymore to be honest.

Wow, how sad. I cannot imagine what they'll do now.

It reminds me of an incident at Holiday World in southern Indiana so many years ago when someone died on one of their coasters (that person stood up on the coaster and fell out though).

I think it's a little different when someone does something that obviously caused the incident, but when it results from a serious oversight from one of the operators, it is out of the rider's control. It's a very sad incident indeed.
