Wow... They aren't taking it quite that seriously here in NC. Business owners are getting arrested and a LOT of people are getting tickets, but nobody is really getting arrested outside of businesses.

that's the weather, it's been snowing since last night, about 2ft of snow on the ground.

it was sunny yesterday and the snow from the last snowstorm had melted the day before that.
