I like your ideas. HOnestly, one of my concerns has always been that we have some boards without a whole lot of posts. The prefixes could be more useful at the same time, so I like that idea a lot. MyBB 1.8 now allows you to sort threads by their prefixes, which makes using them a lot more sensible.
I'm sure the others will probably be on board with the idea. I would like to simplify our boards a good bit anyway. In my opinion, we probably have too many, but I'm not sure if people share that sentiment or not. We don't even have 10,000 posts though, so hey, we don't need too many.
