Hmm, the screenshot you posted above is pretty much exactly what I was thinking. I love it!

Regarding buyers and sellers, I'd probably just use two bold headings on the right, one for buyers, and one for sellers. You could write a short, neat paragraph for each, and I think it'd look great.

Hmm, I will have a play around with it later on, see what I can come up with. I'll let you know. Thanks for the suggestions though you've been a great help!
