I've done meditation in the past, specifically for PTSD. It's quite a strange feeling, really. I felt quite heavy afterwards, but once it died down, I felt quite a lot better. I've been looking into trying it again. There's various ones I've found, in hopes it'll help bring down my stress. Maybe I'll even try looking into yoga, I've heard it helps with stress as well.
