Meh..... cheddar. It's not bad but its overdone Tongue

I prefer the white ones over the yellows, especially white american vs yellow american. Swiss is one of my favorites, so is parmesan and other hard, "old" tasting cheeses.

And I wasn't inspired to make this thread. I just figured I would Tongue
