Those just have extra DLCs. Some of them are nice, but they don't usually add very much of anything substantial over the base game. I'd buy the cheapest one and then add extra DLCs when they go on sale as you need. That way you can choose which ones you want to add. (After-Dark and Mass-Transit are great)
