I tried the world's hottest chocolate bar recently. It is approximately 9 million Scoville units (a measure of hotness). A ghost pepper, by comparison, is around 1 million Scoville units.
I recommend trying it (with some ice cream, of course!
) It's a good thing to try and dare your friends to do. Or, if you're just straight up evil, just prank them. 
That being said, I was never one for spicy foods. It's never so much been my thing, so I couldn't really handle the whole thing at once. I know people who could, but I was certainly not one of them.
