At most, people have been figuring out how to emulate the devices, but that's about it. There were a few small public PS4 exploits in the past but nothing persistent that didn't get patched the next reboot.
The switch does have a homebrew community though, yes. Lots of their demoscene operates on discord AFAIK, but theyre also moneyhungry and constantly ask for donations even when people send them 1000s a month.
