ok while digging through the archives I stumbled across this gem from 2011, had my sides bursting.

I was a Team Leader in an after market warranty call center for Circuit City. I was assisting a tech with a call when a newbie tech came up to me frustrated by the call he was on.
The customer had a Packard Bell (Packaged in Hell) computer that had just died.
The tech had taken all the steps to resuscitate the system to no avail.
His question to me was, "I've done everything I know to do, what should I tell the customer?"
Without missing a beat, I said, "Tell the customer that her computer has finally reached sentience, realized it was a POS, and self terminated.
