It's a bot called "triplie". It's free and you can download it, configure it, and train it as you'd like. It requires a computer with linux or an unmanaged VPS though, but it can run on a modest virtual machine if it needs to.

It has some instructions in the readme file about how to compile and run it. It might take a couple of hours, but it's worth it.
