I've been trying to do so with Poser - but it's tough. I mean, you can change noses somewhat - but I just can't get the look I really want. OK, what should I do? Get a welding torch? 
No, really, someone, though, has suggested zBrush - but the price tag is outrageous!
OK, I'm looking at morph or strategy to manipulate the nose etc.. on Victoria 4 (V4).
