RE: 2018 World Cup - Martin - June 19th, 2018 Yeah I thought we deserved a penalty or two, don't see why we have VAR if it still can't end up in the right decision. Watching Japan v Columbia currently, certainly a surprising result so far. RE: 2018 World Cup - Guardian - June 19th, 2018 So many surprises. Japan beats Colombia 2-1. Senegal beats Poland 2-1. Russia beats Egypt 3-1. Russia seems like a lock to move on. RE: 2018 World Cup - Harry K. - June 21st, 2018 I'm worried about when Russia gets knocked out and how the fans react. :S RE: 2018 World Cup - Guardian - June 21st, 2018 (June 21st, 2018 at 6:14 AM)Harry K. Huge surprise. Argentina is in trouble. RE: 2018 World Cup - brian51 - June 22nd, 2018 croatia looks quite good this time around arg in desperate trouble now RE: 2018 World Cup - Guardian - June 22nd, 2018 Iceland lost 2-0 to Nigeria. This WC is killing me. RE: 2018 World Cup - Harry K. - June 23rd, 2018 5-2 to Belgium vs Tunisia, not good news for England. RE: 2018 World Cup - brian51 - June 23rd, 2018 and you just knew they would, didnt you ? Germany pulls out second half win !! they look in stronger shape now to advance to round 2 guys RE: 2018 World Cup - Guardian - June 23rd, 2018 Not really any surprises today really. Things are finally shaping up, and I'm not a fan of it. RE: 2018 World Cup - brian51 - June 24th, 2018 Quote:Things are finally shaping up, and I'm not a fan of it. Can you be a bit more specific as to what is troubling you so far ? thanks, Brian RE: 2018 World Cup - Guardian - June 25th, 2018 (June 24th, 2018 at 12:40 AM)brian51 Wrote: Can you be a bit Iceland is practically out of it. Mexico is practically a shoe-in to move on. England didn't start off well. Russia started off too well. Peru, Costa Rica, and Panama fell flat on their faces. RE: 2018 World Cup - Harry K. - June 25th, 2018 Did you expect any of the above teams to actually get somewhere? The most well established would be the England team who smashed Panama 6-1 yesterday, but still doubt they will get much further. The teams I wanted to fail miserably, Russia and Mexico, have done TOO well. RE: 2018 World Cup - Harry K. - June 26th, 2018 Meh I'd be pretty happy for Russia if they actually managed to win it, I'd be a little sceptical tho. The doping scandal begins! I'm really starting to think this Croatia team is unstoppable. RE: 2018 World Cup - Harry K. - June 27th, 2018 Yeah that really surprised me too. RE: 2018 World Cup - Guardian - June 27th, 2018 GERMANY!?!?!? Wow, can't believe they're out of it. Embarrassing.
