ChatCave.me Support Forum (Read First!)

Believe it or not, Makestation hosts chat rooms! In fact, we host over 600 of them. Ours is based on Ajax chat, and is designed to be a powerful, intuitive solution for small communities that need a free chat (or whose hosting providers do not allow chat rooms). Our servers will handle the load for you! In addition, unlike some of the alternative services available, chatcaves come with relatively minimal ads, and we think that makes us a little more community-friendly than some of the other services available.

This is the support section for our chat room hosting service. Please note that all of the regular forum rules for Makestation still apply. In addition, be sure read the rules in this section, and if you have a question, please search the tutorials and documentation first, as your question may have already been answered!

Additionally, please DO NOT pm me for support unless requested to by a staff member. All other support PMs will be ignored. Also, not all staff members of Makestation are staff members of Chatcave, so do not PM other staff members, as they will not answer unsolicited support PMs. Post a thread here, it will be seen!
