3d printing/er Thread or Category - tc4me - March 1st, 2023 3d printing thread If several people here in the forum like Spooky and I use a 3D printer, a thread or category would be interesting. Printer settings (fan speed, pad and needle temperature) Pad glue or primer which brand e.g Print templates, with support structure and if any .. triangle .etc RE: 3d printing/er Thread or Category - SpookyZalost - March 1st, 2023 So I use a glass heated printing bed and haven't needed any kind of pad, glue, or primer. I have to be careful about my printing settings though because taller objects can sometimes lift off the printing bed. I do however use hot glue to attach pieces together. As it turns out Hot glue is great for PLA and my hot glue gun gets hot enough I could actually extrude PLA to fuse parts together through it if I wanted to.
