I'm not particularly great at graphics design, but I still enjoy creating whatever I can in the GIMP.

Having a little fun with Fedora and the Gimp

Yeah, it was a mistake I didn't realize I had made until I had already exported it. I tend to rush projects like that too much

Coming from a person with a friend who is obsessed with their fedora, I got a good kick out of this.

It would appear, yes. They got very annoyed when we tried to steal it. It was all in good fun, of course.

I think perhaps it's a little intense, but the main sticking point for me is the yellows. If those were toned down you'd be golden. (Pun not intended )

Maybe I should attempt a couple under the GIMP just to see what's possible. I think I have done them with the GIMP before, but it's a lot of work, especially trying to compensate for a terrible phone camera.
I actually have to edit the colors and rightness/contrast levels on pretty much all of the pictures I take because otherwise they stand ruined by the camera. I think it's about time I get a real camera.

I know the feeling, though since I've gotten my new phone the quality is better. Still not as good as a normal camera, but in a jiffy it does well. I generally edit my photos for that reason, as well. Just to make the colours nice. Sometimes to do cool effects and make them "artistic".

I have about 2MP. My previous phone, which I had for quite a while, had only 1.3MP. You'd be surprised how much better 2MP is, but it still sucks, especially when you don't have any form of zoom besides digital zoom.
