Unforutnately all this cold is the direct result of an unstable polar vortex due to la nina based currents.
It's unusual for it to go on this long though, I think this is the third year in a row?

It's also been unusually wet in my area. So when its over its going to go back to drought conditions. So, I'll enjoy the cold and wet while I can. The dry summers were MISERABLE.

Nice Stefaniday. December 26, the second day of Christmas, is referred to in Catholic German -speaking areas. Especially in Austria, but also in some areas of Bavaria, he has a long tradition and is still committed with a lot of customs. Sources are demonstrated by the origins of this festival for the 5th century.
