Runescape Classic to Shutdown for Good - Guardian - May 27th, 2018
Runescape and Old School Runescape will remain online, but Runescape Classic (the original) will shutdown for good August 6th.

I know. Somehow it worked it's way into a work conversation today too (wasn't me). It's crazy how lasting of an impact it has had.

ironically someone at work was playing it between calls just last month lol

Oh wow. I wish I could get away with games at work.
