Do you like thrash metal? - Darth-Apple - June 10th, 2013
Bands like megadeath, metallica, iron maiden and many others have written some rather heavy thrash metal. Usually the guitarist ends up treating the entire song like a guitar solo, and screaming high vocals distinguish the genre from pretty much every other genre in existence. Personally, I've always felt like it's a bit much, but most thrash bands have a few interesting songs as well. What's your opinion of the genre?

I usually listen to thrash metal when I'm in the mood. Especially Megadeth, or A7X (Avenged Sevenfold)

I'm listening to megadeath right now. Some of it is really weird, but they have a lot of really good stuff too.

I think thrash metal is way too much, personally. I hate it :/
