I hit the bed whenever I feel like it.
As for sleeping, idk, between 9 and 11 probably.

so seeing as I work days now...
I usually go to bed around 1 to 2 am and get up around 10 for work...
sometimes I get an extra hour of sleep in on my days off
but it's nice having a consistent schedule now.

Honestly, too late. On weekdays, it's usually around 1am (give or take half an hour), and at weekends, it's usually around 2am (once again, allowing for half an hour either way).
I'm trying to fix that. Honest

I've been all over the map lately. Any time between midnight and 5-6 AM has been my bedtime lately.

I am on duty at the fire brigade for 24 hours from 6 a.m. to 6 a.m., 24 hours free when I come home from work, but if I cannot sleep I go through until midnight and then get up at 4:30 a.m. and drive back to fire brigade, after 8 shifts i get 3 days off .. and again from the beginning,
