We've done well!

I'm waiting on the 20K goal. We will probably reach it within the next few months.

The alternate history forums have almost 20 million posts and have been running since I think like 2004, for comparison.

Two other larger forums I am familiar with:
Storm2k, with 2 and a half million posts since 2002
the Arctic sea ice forum, with 230,000 posts since 2013

I love the Alt History forums! I lurk there a lot, though I don't think I've ever posted.

For me it's the sheep's fluff message board. One of the longest running Daria fansites and up there in the millions of posts. The station of making is doing phenomenally well despite the drop in forum usage across cyberspace due to social media and apps like slack and discord.

We've now hit 18,000 posts!

Marching ever closer to that 20k.

Our goal for 2020 was to read 22,020 posts. It looks like we will be shattering that. We need a new goal. 25K is too low. 30K is ambitious, but doable.
