This is insane. That's literally 1/3 of $1,000,000,000,000 borrowed in one day. This has really become a bit concerning lately.

What are your thoughts?

Instead of actually fixing the problem, the government just puts a mask on it. And when they can't raise the debt ceiling any longer, who will pay? The American people.

It's really sad in a lot of ways. I do hope they can come to grips with their arguments in congress and actually focus on the American people at some point.
