ya I do have a tendency to build more norse inspired stuff, it just really fits with the world you know?

so I wanted to post this from ages and ages ago, this was one of my early builds back when they first introduced beacon blocks in minecraft.

that was my attempt to build an arcology/pyramid - thing

at one point working with my friend scififan68 around that same time we build a large dome using the space mod for minecraft, on the moon, and teraformed the inside to have grass and oxygen and stuff, it was really cool.
go big or go home right? lol, the frame took forever though.

Yeah, sounds pretty cool.

I decided to make something crazy with the new blocks in 1.12



it's deep inside a mountain on the lowest level of a base I'm working on, it's far enough away from the town you can barely see parts of the base that are intentionally exposed outside.

Are you doing this in creative or survival?

Creative, survival would take too long lol
survival get's boring after a while, and it's been a long time since I've built this much in creative.

This is what the server spawn looks like right now, it's not much but there's a central meeting area and a town hall.

Can you sorta explain what a server spawn is ?

i know whata spawn is i think like when you find one in an underground dungeon room,

But how does this differ from that Spook ?

@brian51: The spawn is just where new members first come into the world at.

even better, I discovered a village just past the bridge last night, I built a road to the village and fixed it up some so check it out.

Yeah, that's awesome.

Tried it last night and my client wouldn't connect because the server is a version behind. So, I have to go back to an older version.
