Meditation anyone

l find meditation so relaxing and especially when l have had a stressful day, l only meditate for 15 - 20 minutes a day but it really works, has anyone else tried it?Cool

I know it'd probably help, but honestly I'm far too ADHD to really get far with it. Tongue

I've done meditation in the past, specifically for PTSD. It's quite a strange feeling, really. I felt quite heavy afterwards, but once it died down, I felt quite a lot better. I've been looking into trying it again. There's various ones I've found, in hopes it'll help bring down my stress. Maybe I'll even try looking into yoga, I've heard it helps with stress as well.

I, too, have problems with concentration and attention span, and can't meditate because of it... One of the solutions for this problem that I got recommended was to meditate, haha. It's a vicious circle.

l've never heard of that heavy feeling before but l suppose it affects all people differently, l will tell you whats good, Pilates l have just recently took it up and l'm having a good timeSmile.
