Doctors and nutritionists recommend us to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day in order to be healthy, and it is said to be very important to stay hydrated throughout the day.
Do you think you hydrate your body enough? Do you drink lots of fluids?

I drink 5-6 bottles of water a day, on top of 4-5 44oz cups of sweet tea, so I would say so, yes!

I don't drink water all the time, except for at school and like 1 after school, but I drink alot of soda and juice and never get dehydrated so yes I stay hydrated

Definitely. I have a 2L bottle beside my PC desk at all times, and I have to go refill it every 30 minutes.

I don't measure my consumption, but I always have a bottle nearby. Gotta keep the pee clear!

I mostly drink tea... but I'm definitely hydrated, after all, I don't show any of the signs of dehydration lol

I like my Earl Grey with sugar, so it makes it unhealthy. Still delicious though.

lately I've just been drinking coolaid made with spring water from a local artesian spring, though that's mostly because the tea I was constantly drinking was beginning to affect my stomach, too much of a good thing.
