Have you tried a USB flash drive?
you can use a USB flash drive or an SD card if you're computer comes with an SD card slot, you can actually get a USB/SD card imager from microsoft provided you have a legit microsoft ISO to load it with, then you go into the BIOS and boot to the live USB/SDcard and install from there.
