Saw the theme in the list so I went ahead and tried it but there was no different, is the theme a joke or just not implemented yet?
thought it would have been funny to go to the technical section and see it turn yellow lol.

I don't believe he's implemented anything in there yet. Just created the base for when, and if, he ever did.
Yep it's not implemented. It's going to be an easter egg that will be put in place as soon as my schedule frees up here fairly soon! It's pretty low on the priority list, we have some more important things (such as theme responsiveness) that will probably be taken care of first.
