What's the best late-night snack?

I always like sweets because the sugar crash makes it easy to fall asleep. The only disadvantage is that you have to take in enough sugar for the crash to take effect or else it does more harm than good.

I prefer something of a spicy-sour combination so that my nose tends to get less congested.

whatever is in my mini fridge, probably leftovers from earlier...

Nothing beats a pb & j sandwich

Usually a packet of crisps but can't do this in the heat haha
